My name is Ethan Milledge
a dedicated personal trainer with over a decade of experience and over 6 years in the fitness industry. When I started my fitness journey I had no idea how much of an impact it would have on my life. It ignited a passion for reaching my full potential and helping others do the same. I believe in the motto, "Strength for every challenge," and strive to instill this mindset and confidence in my clients, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their fitness goals.

All PT clients get a custom program to to get them started. Then we focus on whatever we need to get you to your goals. For exercises, nutrition advice, and motivation; I'm with you every step of the way. each session is 1 hour. Suitable for all experience levels
450$ for 4 sessions
1200 for 12 sessions
2200for 24 sessions
85$ per session on a 6month+ contract
120$ for small group sessions
